Public Information Requests

To request a copy of a Police report, or place a Public Information Request, please fill out a request form. The form may be submitted by mail, in person at the police department, or emailed to specialservices@oakridgenorthpdtx.us.

Motor Vehicle Crash Reports may be obtained by visiting Crashdocs.org.
