Certificates of Obligation, Series 2012 

This bond series was issued in November 2012 for the amount of $3,125,000 and matures April 1, 2028.  This debt was issued for the purpose of the rehabilitation and improvement of Oak Ridge North's water treatment facility.

This debt was issued in August 2019 for the amount of $1,100,000 and matures April 1, 2034. This debt was issued for the purpose of refunding the Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2009 in advance of their maturities.

Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2020

This debt was issued in December 2020 for the amount of $8,305,000 and matures April 1, 2040. This debt was issued for the purpose of paying for the (i) acquisition, construction and the equipment of city streets, sidewalks and related infrastructure, (ii) acquiring of rights-of-way in the general vicinity of Robinson Road and Hanna Road, and (iii) covering the cost of professional services incurred in connection therewith.
