IMPORTANT HURRICANE HARVEY UTILITY BILLING INFORMATION
The United States Post Office delivery is suspended in the Hurricane Harvey region until further notice. This includes all 773 zip codes, which includes Oak Ridge North. That means you are not receiving mail, and we are not able to mail. Your utility bill was sent to the mail house prior to the storm but is being held for distribution.
You have other ways to pay your bill, including drop off in person or online. You can find the amount of your bill online at www.oakridgenorth.com under the HOW DO I tab on the top right hand side of the home page. This will take you to a utility billing website. If you are not already a registered user, please register on the top right hand side of the page. This will then lead you into the system. You can find your bill and pay online, or you can drop a payment at City Hall, located at 27424 Robinson Road. You can pay in person, inside, or utilize the bill pay drop box in the driveway. You may also call Arleen Hutchison at 832-381-3302 and she can tell you your total due. She can also email your bill to you.
Late fees will be waived for the August billing cycle.
Please be patient with us as we handle an unusual number of inquiries during the month of September.
For question contact Arleen at the number above.
