E-Notify
The City Council is authorized to act as the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall hear and decide appeals to any provision contained in Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances "Zoning" from property owners, business owners, or thier representatives who demonstrate undue and unnecessary hardship specific to thier lot or tract; when an error of law has been made by the Building Official in the enforcement of the Ordinance; or when appealing any decision of the Building Official's interpretation of the Ordinance.
