What do I need to do to set up new service?
Complete a service agreement and a service application form, attach a copy of your driver's license, and pay the required service deposit. View the Service Application Form.
Can a resident have more than one recycle bin?
Yes. The first bin is free; however, each additional bin costs $6 each. The charge for the extra bin(s) can either be added to your next monthly bill, or you may pay when you pick up the extra bins.
Do I need to call Waste Management when I need heavy trash or bulk items picked up?
No. Heavy trash is picked up by Waste Management every Monday. Heavy trash is only 2 large items, such as a sofa, chair, etc.
However, if you need a bulk pick up for items such as a hot water heater, refrigerator, or other appliance, you will need to call Waste Management at 1-800-800-5804.
